Tass Petridis

Tass Petridis is a composer, producer and multi - instrumentalist best known primarily as a Bass Guitarist.

Born in Greece and raised in Melbourne Australia, he displayed an early affinity for all genres of music and at an early age was proficient on the Guitar and Bass. Bass and Composition/Arrangement though was his love and by the age of 18 was working regularly with various high profile bands in Melbourne.

Freelancing and Studio work was the next obvious evolution.

Tass Petridis has appeared on 86 Albums (in Australia and in Vietnam) crossing Jazz, R&B, Latin, Rock, Pop and has released two solo bass albums.

He has performed and recorded with diverse original artists as
Ilanda, Disco Montego, Joanne, Russell Morris, Carmen Hendrix, Ocaso, Kids in the Kitchen, Bob Spencer Band, Angry Anderson, Ross Wilson, Nina Ferro, Julie O'Hara, David , Alan Zavod.
Cam Van - Khac Trieu, Diva My Linh, Giang Son, Van Mai Huong, Ha Tran, Tung Duong, Hong Nhung, Bang Kieu, Trong Hieu.

and is currently doing studio work in Saigon for TMT Productions (Tran Manh Tuan).

Since 1994, he has conducted master class clinics for various companies: Roland, Yamaha, Mark Bass amps, DR Strings, TC Electronics,  Belman and has been a regular performer for the Australian Music Association Awards.
Tass' bass services have graced a variety of television commercials over the years and has performed for television shows in Australia and Vietnam ,
(Vietnam Idol, Vietnam's Got Talent, the Voice, Star Academy, Favorite Song).
